Four simple steps
SafeCircle is designed to be fast, simple, and reassuring — even in stressful situations.
1. Activate SOS
Press and hold for 3 seconds to prevent false alarms.
2. Contacts and helpers are notified
Your emergency contacts receive an instant notification with your live location. Verified SafeCircle helpers nearby are alerted as an extra layer.
3. Family and friends
Your personal group receives a notification — no matter where they are.
4. Documentation secured
Audio, video and location upload instantly to an encrypted server. Only you — or law enforcement via a secure link — can access the recordings.
Quick shortcut to SafeCircle
You can set up your phone so you can open SafeCircle in just a couple of taps — handy if you need the app up fast.
iPhone: Settings → Accessibility → Touch → Back Tap → assign Double Tap or Triple Tap a Shortcut that opens SafeCircle.
Android: Look for "Accessibility", "Shortcuts", or "Quick Tap" in your phone’s settings, and choose SafeCircle as the app to open.
Note: the shortcut only opens the app — you still need to activate the alarm yourself as normal.

Tell your SafeCircle network you’re heading home — they follow along, the whole way.

Let them know you’re leaving
Choose home, work, or a different address — on foot, by bike, or by car.
Your closest contacts get notified
The friends you’ve chosen in your circle get a notification right away.
They follow you live
Your route and position update on a map, so they can see you’re making progress.
If you don’t arrive
If more than 15 minutes pass beyond the expected time, SafeCircle automatically alerts them.
